Mythbuster Wine Nights
Gather a group of your friends for a night of real talk about relationships, dating, and sex with a sex therapist expert, Dr. Shari. Open up vulnerable sharing and discussion in an intimate setting with trusted others. No topic is taboo. Get inside information on common patterns and limiting narratives about relationships and sex that people get stuck in. Gain tools, resources, and language that can help you self-advocate for your own pleasure, desires, needs, and limits.
Available Wednesday and Saturday evenings.
$100 for a 2 hour session in Calgary.
$200 for a 2 hour session outside of Calgary up to 1.5 hours distance
Receipt and resources will be sent to the main contact person. Reimbursement for psychoeducational services may be possible through your health benefits. Check with your insurance provider.
